When you become a leader, your role moves from individual performance to helping your team be the best that they can be. A pivotal switch from ‘executing’ to ‘supporting those that execute’.

Being part of a leadership (or management) team often means there are responsibilities up the line, expectations, strategy, goals, change… And expectations from the team you lead, support, growth, respect, a healthy culture.

At times this can be overwhelming, weather you are a seasoned leader or just starting, all leaders face unique challenges in their role. This is where I am keen to provide my support.


My name is Shardee and I provide leadership team coaching and training, as well as one-on-one coaching to help you achieve your goals.

As a leadership team facilitator, I organize, direct, and oversee leadership team activities to accomplish objectives. This can involve online, in-person, and international site visits.


Additionally, I can assist you in developing your strategic engagement strategy with staff in order to increase and sustain high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement through the development of inclusive, diverse, and motivated teams.

I, Shardee de Roos, founded Bureau de Roos in 2022, when I moved to Curacao.


A move, personally and professionally that allowed me to broaden my horizon and follow my passion; to help people thrive. A few months later, Bureau de Roos was born.


My mission is to equip companies’ leaders and teams with the skills they need to enhance their effectiveness. Through my experience in international corporate companies, I can provide insights and strategies to help your organization grow. I am passionate about enabling leaders and teams through training and coaching, helping them to improve their skills and contribute to positive organizational culture.

Currently my assignments vary from an afternoon training to internal assignments where I work intensively with one company for months.
